Wine entirely vinified in Talha de Barro, therefore a wine in its natural state, balanced, elegant and intense.
The clay pots where these wines are vinified are centuries old, of those that are dated there are some that are around 400 years old, the Vinhos de Talha de Cabeção, are known by the name “Vinho Forte” due to their high alcohol content, acquired depending on the sandstones where the vineyards are planted, the microclimate of the region and the late harvests, a Cabeção wine must have more than 14º, in the case of last year, white and red wines with more than 16th.
